For this competition, we have to come up with a salmon dish that is Malaysian inspired, which means we have to include Malaysian colours and flavours. 4 appetisers and 4 main course in 2 hour, and you have to fillet your salmon too. You have a whole salmon at your disposal.
But I'm no seafood fan. =s
Anyway, this competition was to promote Norwegian seafood in Malaysia. In my opinion, some of the finest seafood comes from Norway, especially their huge KING CRAB!
The dinner at MO was one of the best! Only the best for the Prince and Princess, and we get the same food too!
I'm no fan of seafood because it's usually funky, but on that night, it was paradise~! I could have sworn I took 8 plates..excluding desserts.
In case I forget, here's a newspaper report from The Sun, Joe and Pei Yi is in it too. =D
