Updates on what have been going on recently.
Just yesterday, my friends and I were at Food Hospitality Malaysia at KLCC. I'll be posting the pictures up really soon, and be prepared to be impressed by the chef's skills.Today? Public speaking competition.
The theme was 'Independence', and people came up with self-independence, political independence and independence of their country. Mine was about Malaysia without independence.
Got a few giggles here and there, but the experience was fun, and I do not mind doing it again. I got 2nd runner up, which was not really what I expected...but, at least I know I gave it my best.
My favourite line from my speech, I took this from Little Britain, heee~
"....so do we all know what binge eating is? Binge eating....yes? Spare time went wrong." Hahah, the judges were giggling when I said that. Laughing is a good thing...and I will make people laugh more often. =)
So what else do I have that will keep me occupied?
- Industrial training interview at Sunway Resort tomorrow.
- Another visit to FHM tomorrow.
- Chinese Cuisine presentation (Due next Wednesday).
- Loire Valley wine research (Due next Wednesday).
- Spirit (Brandy) research (Due next Wednesday).
- English essay and presentation (Due on 25th August).
- Maths assessment on next Tuesday (18th..$&@#).
